In addition, mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations have received county wall close-in inspections on the first floor, and second floor inspections are expected next week, which would allow for interior drywall work to start soon. In addition, the exterior scaffold systems were tented and heated, so crews could continue working on the masonry facade of this wing. The other largest wing is the single-story wing where exterior sheathing and roof decking are complete– roofing will take place when product application temperatures cooperate. This will enable the interior framing and other installations to commence. Much of the site infrastructure (utilities, fire lane asphalt, retaining walls) were completed in the fall and crews plan to start the septic installation shortly.
