HEAD OF SCHOOL SEARCH

SEVERN SCHOOL
After over 20 years at the helm, Head of School Doug Lagarde has announced that the 2027-28 school year will be his final year at Severn School. In preparation for this leadership transition, Severn School's Board of Trustee has initiated a national search for our next head of school. The Board selected Isaacson, Miller (IM), one of the nation's leading executive search firms, to advise and assist with the process.

This webpage is dedicated to keeping the community informed as this important process progresses. Periodic updates will be posted to this page. There will also be opportunities for your voice to be heard, so we invite you to check back for information on how to share feedback with the search committee.
