The two-story North C wing is visible from the road and taking shape with the brick facade nearing completion, window installation, tile work, and painting underway. Drywall is being hung in the one-story South D wing while we complete the above ceiling rough-in of mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The A&B wings, which connect the C&D wing, are also in the framing and mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in phase. Within the next month, we will be starting on ceilings, elevator installation, exterior courtyard retaining walls, generator pad, and BGE permanent gas and power.
