Veterans Day

In honor of this special day, Upper Schoolers will be inspired by stories of character, courage, integrity, leadership and service by LT Maggie Morton (Severn '06) USN, and her colleague LT Nicholas Jackson, USN.

 

During a special assembly, the two will tell the compelling story of  Travis Manion, and Maggie will speak about her hero and grandfather, Rear Admiral Thomas H. Morton (Severn '29), USN.  

 

Students at the Lower School, will commemorate Veterans Day with a special assembly including student presentations, and musical performances. Parents and other family members who have served our country will be recognized. Lower School students will dress in patriot colored attire.
