David Astle Memorial Lecture

Each year the David Astle Memorial Lecture is a source of inspiration and motivation for our community. Through sharing their powerful messages with our students, these honored guest speakers show our students both the value of perseverance and the impact service can have on a global scale.

We are honored to host alumnus Caleb Deschanel '62, highly acclaimed American film director and cinematographer, as the 2024 David Astle Memorial Lecture Series speaker. In addition to presenting a keynote address to our Upper School students, he will visit with relevant classes and clubs throughout the day and be our honoree at the Head of School Reception that evening.
