The Baltimore Student Diversity Leadership Conference (BSDLC) is a student-led conference by and for AIMS and other regional 9th-12th grade students and their faculty/staff supporters; this conference centers the voices and experiences of identities often marginalized and serves to build community, knowledge and skills.
