NO UPPER or MIDDLE SCHOOL CLASSES: Parent-Teacher Conferences

There are no Middle or Upper School Classes Monday and Tuesday 11/8-9 for conferences.

PTC scheduling software will open on October 11th at 8am and close on November 4th at 5pm.

Follow these directions to schedule your appointment(s):

Have your child’s teacher list handy.
Click on the GREEN Parent Teacher Conference Sign Up tile on mySevern
Once you have completed all the steps you will receive an email (at the address you provide) to confirm your appointments.

Appointments with advisors and study hall proctors are not available during parent teacher conferences. Please reach out to your chid's advisor to setup an appointment at another time.

Please note that all teacher appointments will only be accepted through this online system. Please do not call or email to schedule your conferences. If you do have a problem with the software, contact Angela Hysan, in the Head of School's office (410.647.7701 x2222).

Middle School:

Please contact Ms. Limon (x2229) to schedule an appointment with Mr. Keller.

Upper School:

Contact US Admin Asst (x2241) to schedule an appointment with Mr. Soden or Ms. Wilson.
Parents of seniors who would like to meet with their child’s college counselor, please contact Ms. Duguay (x2226).
For appointments with the Upper School counselor, contact Sam Straub (x2242) or Lilly Kane (x2276).
