Roma Patel '05

Roma is a Principal with Declaration Partners, an investment firm which makes private equity and real estate investments in family-owned businesses. In her previous role as a Vice President of Artemis Real Estate Partners she evaluated healthcare, multifamily and industrial real estate investment opportunities. Previously, Roma worked as an Associate at The Carlyle Group in U.S real estate transactions and focused on senior housing and energy sector investments. She earned a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in real estate and finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Design studies in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, with a focus on real estate development. Roma has served as a mentor for Minds Matter, a non-profit organization which transforms the lives of accomplished high school students from low-income families by preparing them for college success, and a walk sponsorship chair for the Alzheimer’s Association.
