Middle School Exams
The Middle school exam schedule for all sixth, seventh and eighth graders is as follows:
- Monday, June 2 - English
- Tuesday, June 3 - History, Geography, Intro. to Human Beliefs and Ancient Civ.
- Wednesday, June 4 - Foreign Languages for all 7th & 8th graders. Algebra Readiness Test for all 6th graders
- Thursday, June 5 - Mathematics
- Friday, June 6 - Science
- All exams begin at 8:20 a.m.
- All students should be in their exam rooms at 8:10 a.m. (a list of rooms will be available to students prior to exams).
- Students must stay in the exam rooms for at least one hour, but they may have one and a half hours to complete each exam if necessary. Two exceptions are the Geometry and Algebra exams, for which students are required to stay for one and a half hours and may stay for two and a half hours.
- During exam days, students need to leave campus promptly after each exam so that they do not have the temptation and opportunity to get into trouble.
- Eighth graders must stay until 11:10 on Tuesday, June 3 for a promotion practice.
- Students should be in regular uniforms for exam days.
- We do expect students to take exams as scheduled, unless they have unusual and unavoidable conflicts such as illness, a death in the family, or other major issues. Please call Mrs. Kang in the Middle School office to arrange an alternate testing time.
- For the students’ benefit, Mrs. Beardmore will be distributing an exam study schedule to help them organize their review time before testing commences.
